What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white as well as sage green. The ceremony and reception will be held outside so dress accordingly. If you would like to honor the bride's mother, Elaina, please wear pops of purple in her honor as it was her favorite color.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when your RSVP or included in your invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids will be welcome to join us on our special day! We will have a few activities for the kids who do attend. Please include the children in your RSVP. If you plan on bringing your kids, we do ask that you keep an eye on them and watch them closely. We want everyone to have fun but we want to ensure everyone is safe too! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 10th, 2024 by sending the RSVP card back to our address or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume, that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible. You can RSVP "not attending" so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be a designated parking area where guests will be permitted to park. Guests are not permitted to drive in front of the barn. There will be people and/or signs directing cars to the designated areas. If accessibility accommodations are needed, please note in your RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which will be shared with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. There will be a QR code accessible during the reception to share your photos taken to be shared with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Guests arriving late will be asked to remain in their vehicles until the ceremony is complete to not interfere with the ceremony.

What is not permitted at the venue?

Answer

In regards to the venue regulations, there will be a designated smoking area. The venue and wedding party ask that guests refrain from bringing any cannabis, illicit, or illegal substances on property. Those who violate this may be ask to leave the premises by the venue. As per NYS Law, only those who are the legal drinking age of 21 will be permitted to alcohol.
