Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have your RSVP’s in by Friday Feb 7, 2025 this will give us enough time to plan the seating and food accordingly.

Can I bring a flask or my favorite liquor?

Answer

Unfortunately this is a big no-no and and if we get caught with any of our guests bringing in outside liquor we get fined $1000

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately we have not provided any transportation from the hotel to the venue. We suggest Lyft or Uber if you’d rather not valet your car or if you’d like to enjoy yourself and drink without worrying. Always better safe than sorry!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We expect guest to begin arriving at 3 pm to get settled and to view the beautiful venue, get cocktails, mingle with other guests and take in the beautiful ambiance of the wonderful Clos La Chance Winery! We then will begin the ceremony at 4 pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love children, this venue does not allow children or any guests under the age of 21. So plan a babysitter ahead of time and get ready to have some adult fun!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code! Just wear something wedding appropriate! It is an evening wedding in March so we may get hit with some sprinkling! We are hoping not and if we do we will move inside, but remember to bring a jacket to keep you warm as the sun goes down and it may get into cooler temperatures!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

As per the venue, we must have all cars parked via valet service. We have provided this service and once you arrive your car will be safety stored at the venue till you wish to leave!
