We will hold the wedding ceremony outdoors, followed by cocktails and dinner in a covered outdoor area.
We'd suggest attire that works with the tropical resort setting. For example - flowy dresses and sandals for ladies, and a guayabera with khakis or a lightweight suit or separates for gentlemen.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Thank you for understanding.
We will welcome guests to be seated beginning at 6:15 pm, 15 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures and video on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo/video with our wedding hashtag #BetterWithBuist so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
In your RSVP, we include the opportunity for you to inform us of any special dietary needs. We will do our very best to accommodate them. We will offer a fantastic buffet with many choices to appeal to many preferences.
Please contact our wedding planner, Brooke Candelaria, at brookecan@gmail.com and she'll gladly help you!
The CDC requires proof of a negative Covid-19 test or recovery no more than three (3) days prior to re-entry to the US. The Esperanza concierge team will confirm appointments with the guests staying on property upon arrival. The price per test is $50 US and is charged to your room folio. The resort recommends having the test completed two (2) days prior to your travel date. If you are not staying at Esperanza, please make your test arrangements upon arrival at your hotel/resort.
