Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you can! The sooner we receive your RSVP and hotel plans the better we can accommodate you. We're collecting some details from you when you RSVP.

Question

Can I revisit, modify or change my RSVP ?

Answer

Sure! By visiting the RSVP area of our wedding website, you can review and modify your details. Please enter which accommodation you are staying in, when do you plan on arriving etc... This is will help us plan a few details as we get closer to July. We are requesting that you enter your email address to allow us to keep connected before and after our wedding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Both recommended accommodations are excellent. If you are able to book early, the venue location is likely the most convenient. Due to the amount of rooms, our venue highly recommended booking online for the best offer. The Hyatt Regency Greenwich is the second closest option. Please note in your RSVP if you are staying at either hotel so we can best accommodate you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Of course! There will be valet parking as soon as you arrive at the Delamar Greenwich Harbor. You will enter through the hotel main lobby.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. Most food requests can be made directly to your tables wait staff. Each meal is made to order by L'Escale. If you have a specific request or question about the options please email rpr@udel.edu or call 860-301-0952, or include your allergy in your RSVP response.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

By visiting the Registry section of our wedding website you can share in our wishes, dreams and projects!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This event is black-tie optional. Any formal fashion is welcome but feel free to bring out that gown or tux you love!
