We kindly ask that you make arrangements for your children to stay at home. Our wedding is an adult-only affair.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. There will be no admittance past 4:20pm for the duration of the ceremony. There will be no exceptions to this.

Our wedding will be held indoors in a beautiful venue in downtown Grand Rapids.

Can I take pictures/videos of the ceremony?

We appreciate that you want to capture a memory of our ceremony. We hired professionals for this. The ceremony will be unplugged.

Yes, we've selected a caterer to serve dinner after our ceremony.

Yes, we've opted for an open bar and eagerly expect everyone to take full advantage.

Where can I park?
Answer
There are several parking areas in the immediate areas surrounding the venue. The Holiday Inn also offers a shuttle service from their hotel to the venue free of charge, their parking lot is free of charge for guests.

Do you have any tips for navigating the city of Grand Rapids?
Answer
Traffic jams and stand stills are at an all time high in Grand Rapids. Traffic is at its worst from the hours of 4pm to 6pm. We recommend you plan accordingly. Parking is at a premium everywhere in the city and some places are cash only. We recommend you avoid Ellis lots and utilize the nearby city ramps. Public transportation options are limited. Our venue is in the middle of downtown with lots to do; further areas may be out of reach if you do not have a car. We recommend utilizing Uber/Lyft if you are staying outside the city.
