Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at 3:30 PM to allow time for parking and getting settled in your seats. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask that all guests be seated by then. Answer

The ceremony will be over by 4:30 PM and the reception will begin shortly after. The bar will open right after the ceremony. We will have dinner served as soon as possible—likely around 5:00 PM. The dance floor should open up around 6:00 PM and we will serve cake at 7:30 PM. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hurst Ranch. The reception ends at 10:00 PM but the bar will close and music will stop at 9:30 PM.
