I Believe in You and Me Sometimes in life we experience and go through different obstacles. We start a journey, but we do not understand why things happen during that journey or who we might meet in the midst of the journey. In 2013 Jonathan and I met through a dating site (Black People Meet). I know what some of you may think...but when you're single it's fun and it passes time. (LOL) Well that didn't last long because God didn't allow that to be a lifetime, but it was the reason our paths crossed. After a year or two went by, Jonathan reached out to apologize for losing touch and asked me on a real date. We went on that date, then another and so on. Along the way we experienced some ups and downs, but what relationship doesn't. GOD turned that reason into a season. We spent four and a half years together. Then it appeared that our season was up and we parted ways; not knowing what was in store for the both of us. 9-months later God decided to continue that journey and on July 9, 2018 God saw fit for the two of us to become one. We went through Our Journey for a reason because God allowed our paths to cross. A season that we spent learning each other; now we have a lifetime of blessings, fun, love and memories. We aren't perfect, but we are perfect for each other. We have overcome a lot and a lot of people doubted our union but God saw something different.
