Justin was Joaquin's first trainer at Anaheim White House Restaurant in January of 2000. They became best friends that day. Even in their "single" days, they both dreamed of being each other's Best Man, and growing their families together through life. Joaquin was Justin's Best Man in 2009. Justin has been a spiritual rock in Joaquin's life. Justin is great a husband to a beautiful wife, "Lovely" Joann, and two amazing children, Katie & Silas.

Adriane grew up sharing a room with her younger sister, Renee. Adriane poured all her energies into reading, dragging Renee to the library for hours, organizing “reading sessions” for everyone, while Renee enjoyed going on adventures outside with her younger brother, Michael. Adriane’s love for reading and writing has continued and turned into a lifelong pursuit of journalism and writing. We last lived together during one, magical summer in New York many years ago when Renee was 21. It was the wildest and BEST summer of her life!!

Elisha was hired at the Anaheim White House Restaurant not long after Joaquin was hired. It wasn't long before, Joaquin, Justin & Elisha were inseparable, aspiring to experience every fine restaurant in Orange County! Their favorite past-time was to spend half of their paychecks on ONE fine-dining dinner (the other half went to tuition/books). Their most memorable trip was a vacation to Miami & Ft. Lauderdale. Spiros was the final of the 4 Dragons to join the Anaheim White House Restaurant. He started shortly after Elisha. These four Hospitality professionals, four brothers, four best friends, comprised one of the best service teams a guest could experience. Each of different heritage and background, they established an appreciation for, and practiced the human craft of establishing meaningful relationships with their guests. They love to joke on each other's cultural foods, whether it be curry or tortillas, these four brothers can never stop laughing. Joaquin, Justin and Elisha all attended Spiro's wedding outside of Athens, Greece. Spiro's nickname is the "Greek Shark". Spiros is husband to the beautiful Julie, and father to two beautiful boys, Mihalis and Giorgos.

A CA native, Sabrina is smart, sexy and sassy! Her passions include nursing, fashion, beauty, soccer and marketing! She’s an absolute BOSS at social media if you need any help! Sabrina is also very proud of her heritage, Portuguese and yes, she can speak it fluently! She has perfect hair and is often mistaken for Demi Moore😍. Sabrina and I are coworkers at Coastal Medical Aesthetics...and I’m so blessed to do the daily grind with her! She has been an amazing, thoughtful friend! Best of all, she’s single and READY to catch the bouquet!!

Sylvano, GM of Anaheim White House, was actually person who met and offered Joaquin a permanent job at Anaheim White House Restaurant in January of 2000. Through life challenges, grinding through restaurant operations, and hospitality ambitions, Sylvano and Joaquin grow closer every year, complimenting each other greatly. Mostly simply having fun crushing it:) Not a management duo as strong as these two in Orange County! They are literally like brothers. Sylvano is a loving Husband to Katie, and father to Brayden and Paige.

When I met Crista, i couldnt stop laughing! She has the most contagious laugh!! Shes a nursing school student, salsa dancer, C3 Church volunteer, fitness model and one lovely Latina!! However, her bubbly, sweet personality is what’s most attractive. And shockingly, she’s single! So guys, make sure to ask her for a dance :):):) I love Crista!!
Wesley Nakamura

Wesley represents one of the deepest and dearest groups of Joaquin's best friends dating back to 1989. The five "Panthers" (as they call themselves due to their Middle School mascot), are Wesley Nakamura, Vince Oseguera, Ryan Bunyi, Ahamad Manohorathat and Joaquin. These 5 gentlemen are also best friends for life. In 7th grade, they were together daily, spending all their lunch money on baseball cards, bowling and video games. Wesley is now a medical hearing specialist/advisor in Hawaii, Vince is an engineer in Orange County, Ryan is an international Chef of 15 years experience now, and Ahamad is a Financial Advisor in West Los Angeles. Before Wesley's current career, he was a Maitre 'D at the premiere restaurant in Waikiki, HI. Ryan was the Sous Chef!
