Hello, my name is Megan Franqui, Renee’s self proclaimed best friend, or at least the tallest. Renee and I met back in 2010 at Bayside High School, in the music room during our Sophomore year. Funny enough, how we met is what really helped our friendship prosper and grow. Through the years we’ve sang countless duets and choir pieces together. Our mutual love of music and performance led us to attend Five Towns College, there we solidified our friendship through classes, rehearsals and the occasional lot party. We’ve had quite a few (mis)adventures, but that’s what makes being friends with Renee so fun, she always challenges you to go out of your comfort zone and try something new. More than anything I am so excited for Renee and cannot wait to stand beside her as maid of honor.

Hi! I’m Jenna and I’m one of Renee’s college friends! We met doing theatre at Five Towns and she’s continued to be a constant in my life ever since. You can usually catch us skipping around Manhattan drinking Instagramable cocktails. I’m so excited that Renee found her person. This is going to be the most aesthetic wedding anyone has ever seen!

My name is Stephany Trobaugh and I’m honored to stand next to one of God’s most generous daughters. A perfect day in the adventures of Renee and Steph includes a road trip with both our phones running on low battery, no charger, a shit ton of sushi, a whole lot of wine in the backseat, blasting country music. As the very spontaneous and free spirited soul that I am, Renee has been the perfect friendship to build me and nurture the explorer in me. My favorite trait Renee carries that I wish the whole world would carry is her heart to give, she’s a magnificent woman with a voice of an angel and the spirit of a fighter. I met my best friend Renee Nora Shubert February 2011, our sophomore year of high school in our music room. I’ll never forget that we bonded over music, our teacher Mr. Piccirillo and we created the MVPR box where we talked about all our secrets. We hung out almost every day after school, watched movies and even napped together. Since then, we have been close friends and created thousands of memories together. Renee is one of the people who has helped me grow into the person I am today with her love for adventure and the way she sees the world. Renee has become family through our years together and I could not be more ecstatic that my friend found someone who loves her the way she deserves and that she wanted me to be a part of her wedding.

Hi, I’m Kaydeen and Renee and I met in college doing theater together. We bonded in the costume shop and basically lived together as I was her illegal dorm roommate. We got into a lot of mischief between Long Island bars and lot parties and we’re still out here doing the most till this day. We go on lots of getaways together and plenty of nights passing out together after the club. Excited for this weekend wedding!

My name is Kristin and I am one of Renee’s bridesmaids! I met Renee in college during my Freshmen year, and a mutual friend told us that we should dorm together...the rest is history! Since then we have done so much together, from trips to Disney, to exploring the Las Vegas strip, and of course to partying in Toronto! She’s my sister from another mister, and I am so happy she found someone as great as Denim to spend the rest of her life with!

Now I’m a dad of twins and married to my beautiful wife.
