Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, shuttle service will be provided to and from the inns/lodges within a 10 mile radius of the venue. See "Where to Stay" for a list of these options.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We would appreciate having a phone-free ceremony so that our guests can be fully-present and our photographer can do her thing. :) However, at the reception, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like (and use our hashtag!!)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the venue. However, if you're spending the night, we'd encourage you to take advantage of the shuttle so you don't have to worry about driving!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you arrive on Friday night, feel free to come by the venue around 7:30-8ish (after our rehearsal dinner has wrapped up) to hang out with us! There's a bar and pool table in the lodge, and lawn games and a fire pit outside.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Dinner will be a buffet, so please let us know as soon as possible if a special accommodation is needed. There is also a spot on your RSVP card for this information!
