Our Welcome Reception is open to all wedding guests, and we can’t think of a better way to kick off the weekend than by gathering at the place that first brought us to Detroit, Prime + Proper! This restaurant holds a special place in our story. It’s where Chad and I both worked, where Chad now serves as General Manager, and where so many of our Detroit friendships were formed. We’ll have an open wine & beer bar, along with an array of our favorite hors d’oeuvres, a strolling dinner-style buffet, and of course, dessert. Feel free to arrive at your leisure. We’re so excited to share this meaningful place with all of you and to begin the wedding weekend together!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

6:00 pm - 11:30 pm

We're requesting evening attire. We'd love to see you looking sharp and ready to dance the night away!

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm! If you plan on celebrating this special moment with us, please allow yourself enough time to get settled and find a seat. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors. As Michigan weather can be unpredictable, we recommend bringing appropriate attire. The reception will follow indoors.
