Yes! There will be transportation from the Hotels to the Ceremony, from the Ceremony to Reception, and from the Reception back to the Hotels and after party! There is also plenty of parking at each site if you are driving.
The wedding dress code is formal. Women are encouraged to wear long dresses or formal cocktail length dresses. Any color or pattern is welcome! We encourage men to wear a suit and tie in any color or fabric. The cocktail hour will be outside on a patio and dinner will take place inside.
Please arrive at the church by 3:15pm; the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. Shuttles will leave from the Hotels at 2:45pm!
It depends! If you're just in town for the day or two, there are restaurant options, grocery stores, and the beach (!) within walking distance of both hotels, so rideshares might be preferred and more cost efficient. If you're staying for an extended period, renting a car may make more sense if you want to do some further exploring of the area.
Temperatures for the first week of February range from the mid 60s to the mid 70s on average. While you won't need to bring your winter jacket, please make sure to check the weather before finishing your packing. Don't forget your swimsuit for the hotel pools!
We recommend staying at the Cambria Hotel or Courtyard by Marriott at Madeira Beach as we have a room block at each and transportation will be provided from both hotels. With that said, there are plenty of other options in the area through Airbnb or Vrbo.
