When Should I RSVP By?

Please RSVP by Friday, August 31st 2026. Be on the lookout for formal invitations in the spring of 2026! Receiving your RSVPs by this date will help us finalize all the details and ensure we have an accurate headcount for catering, seating, and more. We truly appreciate your response by that date. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your RSVP by that date, we may not be able to accommodate you. Thank you for understanding and responding on time—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are the Ceremony & Reception at the Same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held at one location, in downtown Chicago. Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony. While all events will take place indoors, feel free to step outside and enjoy the stunning building and photo-worthy surroundings.

Is There Free Parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking available near the venue. Since we’ll be celebrating in downtown Chicago, ride share services like Uber and Lyft are also readily accessible, making transportation easy and convenient. If you plan on drinking, please be safe—use a ride share or arrange for a designated driver. We want everyone to have a fun and safe night!

What is the Dress Code

Answer

The dress code will be cocktail attire for our special day. For the gentlemen, a suit, sport coat, or dress shirt with dress pants is perfect—ties are welcome but not required, but please no jeans. Ladies, think of your favorite cocktail dress. It’s a party, after all!

What Time Should I Arrive by?

Answer

We are still finalizing our day-of timeline, however please plan to be at the venue no later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony time listed on the invitation. This is to ensure you are able to sit where you wish and to visit the welcome table. If you plan on driving, please be aware of possible traffic coming in to Chicago on a Saturday afternoon.

Can I Bring a Date or Toddlers?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those who are formally addressed on the invitation, so we kindly ask that no additional guests or plus ones, including children, be brought. As much as we love your kids, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
