Sophia and Rene met in the summer of 2021, at Tantré Farm, where they were both working. This was Sophia's first time farming, while Rene had been at this farm for a handful of years already. They connected over crafting with and enjoying nature and that was the beginning of their relationship. Over the years they have loved camping, riding bikes, kayaking, watching movies, and eating Costco pizza together. And actually, neither of them are full time farmers anymore, but they still hope to have a homestead of their own some day. Their beloved dog, Bella, rounds out their little family. Rene proposed to Sophia in March of 2025, after much anticipation and they are both so excited to share their love with you this spring!
