Can you smoke on the property?
Answer
No, you cannot smoke or vape anywhere on Swan Harbor Farm property, so please respect their rules! I do not want to get fined.

Will there be transportation to and from the hotels?
Answer
Yes, there will be a bus at the front of the hotel for guests that would like to use it to get to the venue. You can use the transportation without staying at the hotel. More details about bus leaving time to come. Please let me know if you plan to use the bus by 8/17/26 (410-608-0780).

Does the wedding take place indoor or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will take place outside on grass (so be careful with heels), cocktail hour is outside on the back lawn and inside the house, and the reception is under the tent.

Yes, parking will be on the field next to the venue.

Are children allowed?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Dinner will be Hispanic food served buffet style. If you have any food allergies, please put it on the RSVP.

Ceremony starts at 4 pm with cocktail hour and reception to follow until 9 pm.
