Ideally, we would like everyone to arrive in Guanajuato no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday, May 15th, 2026. We will stay in Guanajuato until Monday morning May 18th, when we depart for La Huasteca Potosina. We will be flying back home on Thursday, May 21st.

We would love for all of our guests to stay in the beautiful city of Guanajuato. It’s a charming, walkable city, just minutes from hotels, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Guanajuato is approximately 30 minutes from both the airport and our wedding venue, making it a convenient and central location for the entire celebration. We’ve put together a list of recommended hotels for your convenience—be sure to use our discount code when booking! There are also many wonderful Airbnbs throughout the area. As long as you stay in the heart of Guanajuato, you’ll be perfectly situated for all planned activities and the wedding shuttles.

If you plan to join us in La Huasteca, please purchase a one-way ticket into Guanajuato (BJX) . Your return flight will be departing from either San Luis Potosí (SLP) or Tampico (TAM) Airport.

You have the option of staying at an Airbnb or a hotel in San Luis Potosí. Please stay in Ciudad Valles, as it’s centrally located to all of our planned activities and typically requires only about 1.5 hours of travel time to reach each destination. We will be staying in Hotel Valles (website above) We’ll meet each morning for breakfast and then head out for the day’s adventure.
