Welcome to our love story

So the actual beginning of everything is on December 25, 2018. We had a Christmas party at our house and Rene calls me into the room to give me this beautiful ring. So I freak out and think he’s asking me to marry him but he says no it’s just a Christmas ring! When I got this me and my friends were fishy and we’re like there’s no way this is just a Christmas ring and I’m like I know that’s crazy right! So I harass his life about it and ask him is it really an engagement ring and he’s like no and I still don’t believe it but I had let it go. A couple weeks later I’m sitting on the couch Rene comes in and he comes over to me and starts telling me how much he loves me and he takes the ring off my right hand, asked me to marry him, and then put it on my left hand! All I could say was I knew it and why were you so scared to say it before! Then of course I said yes! So I’m all excited and happy that this finally happened! After this we decide to have a re-proposal in front of our friends and family and the next time we could have an unsuspicious party was the Super Bowl so for the next like two weeks I had to pretend it was still a Christmas ring dying inside because I couldn’t tell anybody. Then finally the Super Bowl has come and all of our friends and family are here. The whole night I’m just wondering when he’s going to get the courage to finally do it! I look at Rene and he’s shuffling all over the place nervous so I had to push him to do it! At this point the halftime show with Adam Levine is on, so me and all the girls are going crazy over him. But all I seen was Rene walking in and out waiting for the moment to do it! so once it was over he called everyone outside and started by thanking them for coming and then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him!
