In order to really enjoy everything we have planned, we recommend at least early Friday afternoon 10/26 through Sunday 10/28. If you want to come even earlier or stay past Sunday, you are more than welcomed! The hotel will honor the same nightly rate for our room block.
Everything we have planned will be taking place at Hotel Xcaret. A day pass for the wedding is $100 per person. If you would like to attend our welcome cocktail on Friday, the partial day pass is $50 per person. Factoring in transportation to and from the hotel, the savings of staying at a different hotel would be minimal, if at all.
Unlimited food and drinks (alcohol included), 24-hour room service, round-trip transportation to and from Cancun airport, and unlimited access to all Xcaret parks and tours! (entrance fee to each is about $100 per person)
We understand it's difficult to arrange child care for a weekend and we don't want to leave anyone out! If you want to bring your little ones, please let us know in advance. Children 0-5 years old stay for free, 6-12 pay the room nightly rate based on three people occupancy (example: $137 per night for the garden view suite), and 13 and over are considered the same as adults.

It means gowns for the ladies in festive colors or prints. We are in Mexico after all! Guys, suits are fine.
