Booking Hotel

Jake and I will be handling hotel bookings to optimize the amount of guests that can stay in the villa! In order to secure a room in the hotel, please use the Paypal link below by February 15th, 2024. Pricing is $250/person for 4/19-4/21/24 based on double occupancy ($500 per room for the weekend). Rooms are guaranteed for check-in at 4.00 p.m. Should some guests arrive earlier, you are welcome to enjoy the Villa's common rooms, gardens, and bar. Check out time is at 10:00 am. Reception can hold your luggage, while you join us for Brunch. Please reach out to christinemcfarlaneevents@gmail.com if you plan on staying the days before or after the wedding so we can make sure you stay in the same room!

Renal Car and International Driving Permit

Important PSA if you plan on renting a car: In Italy rental car services may deny your rental on site if you do not have an International Driving Permit. Please use the link to check out online instructions and make sure you won't miss out on your rental when you land in Italia!

Flight

Flights into FLORENCE

The venue is closest to Florence airport (45 minutes). From this airport you can rent a car or take a taxi out to the Tuscan countryside.

Flight into ROME

Flights may be easier to find into ROME. If this option is preferred there is a high speed train to bring you to Florence. Otherwise, a car ride will be about 3.5 hours to the venue

Great option to make your way to Florence. The high speed train is only 1.5 hours from Rome to Florence!
