Please Book Your Stay as Early as Possible
Given that our wedding is on a holiday weekend and limited availability for stays off property, we highly recommend you book your lodging as early as possible.

Travel Note
Getting To and From the Airport
To travel to and from the airport, we recommend booking a rental car or car service. Ocean Reef Club has a partnership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, which means you can drop off or pick up an Enterprise rental car at The Inn. If you choose to rent a car, we recommend a one-way Enterprise rental for both your arrival and return trip. You will not need a car to get around ORC during your stay as you can rent a golf cart or utilize the shuttle from the Inn. To book an Enterprise rental car for your return trip, call 305.367.2611 and ask for Enterprise car rentals. PLEASE NOTE: You cannot book an Uber from Ocean Reef back to the airport. If you do decide to Uber from the airport to the Reef, you will need to reserve alternate transportation for your return trip

Getting Around Ocean Reef
If you are not staying at the Inn, we highly recommend that you reserve a golf cart for use during your stay. Golf carts are by far the best (and most fun!) way to get around Ocean Reef Club. There will be free parking available for any rental cars, but driving is not practical for getting around ORC. Golf carts are available to rent for $65 per day. For guests staying at The Inn, please note that everything is located within walking distance and there is no reason to rent a golf cart. Call the number above to coordinate your rental!

If the room type you would like says indicates that it is sold out, please call the number above or e-mail reservations and they will be able to provide you with the room type you would like at our room rate depending on availability. If you would like to extend your stay, book a private home, or make other special requests, please call the number above or e-mail reservations@oceanreef.com. Make sure to mention you are with the Rolfe/Montalbano wedding.

Ocean Reef Club spans more than 2,500 acres, encompassing much more than The Inn. If you would like to rent a private home or condo for your stay at Ocean Reef, please call the number above or e-mail reservations@oceanreef.com. We have 2 and 3 bedroom condos at a room rate available and you are more than welcome to rent a house should you choose. If the room type you would like says indicates that it is sold out, please call the number above or e-mail reservations and they will be able to provide you with the room type you would like at our room rate depending on availability. Make sure to mention you are with the Rolfe/Montalbano wedding.

Off Property Stays
If you choose to stay outside of Ocean Reef but would like to visit the club during your stay, there will be a $55 charge per day, per couple. Your day pass will be required to make any charges at the club. Please note that if you only plan on attending wedding events, you will not be charged a fee.
