On a brisk autumn night, Jake wandered over the Carlyle hotel, where he sat (on purpose) next to Rena. Inundated in work, Rena looked up to notice the sweet young man she'd always dreamed of. The rest is history.

On a Tuesday, one month into the lockdown caused by COVID-19, Jake took Rena and their Golden Retriever to Crissy Field beach and proposed to her on the spot. As Jake's parents said, "If you can get through a pandemic, you can get through anything." And the pandemic is only one of the many things this couple has been through together!

With Jake as a Massachusetts native and Rena a product of classical music, Tanglewood seemed like the perfect place for a fall wedding. We can't wait to celebrate with you on the grounds where Leonard Bernstein once walked!
