When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP - ASAP! No later than July 1st, 2025. July 1st will be the latest RSVPs will be accepted. Any time after that, unless communicated with the couple, will be considered a no. It is VERY important for us to get a head count for lodging and our caterer.

Where do I stay?

Answer

For our extended family and out of state guests: Limited lodging is available at Yale Creek Ranch will be provided to you at $200 for each adult. There are also tent and car camping options. If that’s not your vibe, there are hotel options in Medford, Ashland, and Jacksonville.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Drinks are being poured at 2pm. Ceremony will begin at 3pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Jeans are a no go. Please also refrain from wearing heeled shoes, as the terrain at the venue is unstable and elevated. It’s Oregon… we’re in the mountains. There will be gravel and hills to walk. It is warm during the day and cold at night, dress for variable weather. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing burgundy or navy, as those are reserved for the M.O.B and the groom

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
