There is no formal room block, all rooms are booked directly with the resort. To reserve, please call Steele Hill Resorts at 1-800-918-6118 ext. 4 and mention our names and wedding date. Please note there is a 2 night minimum stay. The South Building is closest to the ceremony and reception, followed by the East Building, then the West Building. When booking, feel free to mention any preferences for room type or location, including proximity to family, friends, or the newlyweds.

Yes! The ceremony, reception, and after party will all take place at Steele Hill Resorts, so once you arrive, you're all set for the evening. If you're attending welcome drinks, that will be held at the Carriage House, which is a few minutes' drive from the main building.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at the venue between 3:30–3:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating.
The ceremony and reception will both be held outdoors at Steele Hill Resorts, overlooking the mountains. We recommend bringing a light layer for the evening, as temperatures can cool down after sunset.
The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We invite guests to dress elegantly for the evening celebration. Dresses, suits, and refined looks are encouraged. We kindly ask that jeans and casual wear be avoided. Ladies - keep in mind the ceremony will be outdoors.
Yes, complimentary parking is available on site at Steele Hill Resorts.
Yes! We’ll be continuing the celebration with an after party at the resort fire pit from 10pm–12am. Join us for late night pizza, snacks, drinks, and time to relax and celebrate together after the reception.
The reception will be held under a covered tent, and events will continue outdoors in the case of light rain or drizzle. If severe weather occurs, the venue has a backup indoor plan in place.
We kindly ask that guests keep cell phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographers will capture the moment for us.
Yes. The ceremony and reception locations are handicap accessible. Please note that the Thursday welcome event at the Carriage House is not handicap accessible. If you have specific needs, feel free to reach out so we can help make your experience as comfortable as possible.
