Ashley and Remi met on their very first day at Syracuse University moving into their freshman dorm room and have been attached at the hip ever since! From pledging their sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma together, to graduation day, you rarely found one without the other. Some of their favorite memories together include their senior year living in the infamous Castle Court, to their many trips everywhere from NYC, the Hamptons, Nashville, Connecticut, spring breaks to Mexico and beyond. No one knows Remi better than Ashley and Remi is blessed to have her as her sister for life!
Tris Nicola
Best Man
Tris and John first met playing lacrosse in fifth grade and have been inseparable ever since. John's favorite memories with Tris include their seasons of high school lacrosse, weekend nights in D.C. and spending John's winging weekend with him in Corpus Christi. Tris is the most loyal and genuine friend and he's been a constant for John through all of the ups and downs of life and for that he is forever grateful.
Alexis Sadoti
Maid of Honor
Alexis and Remi met while pledging their sorority at SU and immediately became inseparable! In their college days, Alexis and Remi could be found almost anywhere on campus causing a little bit of a ruckus, always laughing too hard (usually in Bird Library, when Ashley would make them buckle down and study, for which they were grateful). From basically sharing a dorm room their freshman year, to today, Alexis living in Chicago and Remi living in Washington, the distance never phases them and their friendship only grows stronger. You will find Remi and Alexis at the wedding in the middle of the dance floor for the entire night, with their fun and let's say, "unique" dance moves!
Eric Gibbs
Best Man
Eric "E-Fly" Gibbs is for sure going to be the "fliest" guy at the wedding. Eric and John were roommates in college and unlike John, Eric was very good at not getting in trouble during his days in Annapolis. Eric has been beside John from the first days of plebe year, shining shoes and waxing floors, until they tossed their hats in the air at graduation. Eric now resides in Manama, Bahrain serving as an Intelligence Officer.
Sarah Jeffery
Bridesmaid
Sarah's and Remi's friendship spans decades from the first day taking the bus together to middle school, Sarah has always been Remi's constant rock and shoulder to lean on. You could always find Sarah and Remi taking way too many photos together, making secret handshakes, burning CDs for the car rides to school (when that was the cool thing to do before streaming music), and together at every sporting event/movie/concert etc. that ever came to Syracuse. There are way too many memories to count, but there is not a year that goes by without them seeing each other even living on opposite coasts of the country and every time they are back together, it is like no time has passed at all and for that Remi is truly lucky to call Sarah one of her best friends forever!
Dylan Tripodi

John and Dylan both began their days reeking havoc throughout the halls of Ready, Set, Grow pre-school and have been best pals ever since. They remained close throughout their days at Westhill playing lacrosse together. They both departed Syracuse for college but remained close as John made an effort to to visit Dylan at Union College every year and never regretted it!
Bella Knapp

Bella and Remi met on the very first day of 7th grade at Bishop Ludden, where they found out that they had identical class schedules for the year and they knew it was fate! Anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting Bella knows that she is the most genuine and kind person you will ever meet. Every memory with Bella is filled with smiles and huge laughter. Some of Remi's favorite memories with Bella are playing basketball together, many meals and sleepovers at the Knapps', their vacation to Florida with her and Sarah, and the many memories that they continue to make today. Remi is blessed to have Bella by her side, not just on the wedding day, but every day for life!
Sal Valenti

As one of John's oldest friends, Sal and John met in Ms. Clemmo's Kindergarten class. Sal and John grew up sharing their passions of playing lacrosse and watching sports. John's favorite memories with Sal include spending the summers of their youth traveling to different lacrosse tournaments, sharing bad beers in their college days, and sharing good beers in the Valenti Pub in their post-grad days.
Kathleen Callisto
Bridesmaid
Kathleen and Remi met when John first introduced Remi to his incredible family 5 years ago and she has felt like a sister to Remi ever since! Aside from joining the same sorority, but at different colleges, Kathleen and Remi quickly bonded over lots more than just their secret handshake and catchy sorority songs. Remi's favorite memories with Kathleen include John's graduation weekend from USNA, visiting her at Pitt tearing up the dance floor and eating too much pizza (even though there isn't such a thing), John's winging weekend in Corpus Christi and the fun holidays spent together. Remi is truly blessed to call Kathleen her future sister-in-law!
Kevin Whitlock

Kevin and John met during the check-in process at the Naval Academy Prep School in Newport, Rhode Island and have been great friends ever since. If you're looking for Kevin at the wedding he will most likely be found by the bar showing some wedding guests his high school football highlight tape on YouTube. Confidence is never an issue for Kevin as he still adamantly maintains that he has the ability to tackle NFL running backs 1-on-1 between the hashes. John's favorite memories with Kevin include their summer spent at the London School of Economics where they may or may not have spent more time in the pubs than in the classroom.
Laura Buhr
Bridesmaid
Laura and Remi first met during Remi's first of many trips to Annapolis at a not-so-little tailgate party called "Jersey And Jorts", while, you guessed it, wearing over-sized sports jerseys and jean shorts. Laura immediately took Remi under her wing and showed her the ropes on everything USNA and beyond. Remi considers Laura her "Day 1" friend of her new chapter with John and could not imagine life without her. Remi's favorite memory with Laura is hands down their impromptu road trip to Charleston in 2015, with less than 24 hours of planning, Laura driving from New Jersey, Remi driving from Tennessee and no itinerary, they had the time of their lives. Laura's unmatched sense of humor, charisma and loving heart is so rare to find in this world and Remi is so lucky to have her in her life!
Drew Foard

John and Drew first met when checking in to the Naval Academy Prep School just a few short weeks after graduating from high school. As an Annapolis native, Drew provided a couch to crash on whenever John needed to escape the walls of the Naval Academy for a few hours. Drew is now spending his final days in the Navy on-board the U.S.S. COWPENS aka "The Mighty Moo". He is currently living in San Diego, CA with his lovely wife Nikki and their son Mason. John's favorite memories with Drew include Fed Hill nights in Baltimore, attending Drew's wedding, and being workout buddies every day in college.
