The Soufrier Volcano (Sulphur Springs) last errupted in the 1700's - over 200 years! It originated from a weak spot in the crust of a collapsed volcanic crater, and is considered to be a dormant volcano - unlike the active Soufrier Hills Volcano in the island of Montserrat. One of the best features of the volcano is the ability to dive into the mud baths.

St Lucia Distillers located in the Roseau Valley on the west coast of Saint Lucia produces world-class rums and liqueurs. The tour of the distillery is for people who enjoy rum and want to gain a better understanding of rum. St. Lucia distillers are known for the art of blending and we are pleased to share our knowledge with you. ​ The “Rhythm of Rum” tour is open for pre-booked groups (minimum 14 pax) 7 days a week and individual visitors 5 days a week (Monday to Fridays, except public holidays). A complete guided tour will take about an hour to complete. The first tour is scheduled to commence at 9.00 a.m. and the last at 3.00 p.m. ​ There is wheelchair access to all sections of the tour however motorized/electrical wheelchairs are not permitted in the distillery property. Clients are offered the opportunity to purchase our products on site at our “Rhum Shoppe” at factory prices.

You’ll taste cacao pulp from a freshly cut pod, sample some Rabot Estate chocolate, and learn from the experts how to transform roasted cacao beans into a chocolate bar. (This is included within the Tree to Bar tour or can be booked as a standalone experience).
