Ceremony & Reception

Formal or semi-formal attire (suits, dresses, etc.) is requested.

If you wish to leave the venue to freshen up, a good time may be during the cocktail hour following the ceremony, while the wedding party and immediate family are taking photos. Speaking of photos: please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want during the reception. During the ceremony itself, please leave it to the photographer and videographer. We can't wait to see you there! Here is a tentative timeline for the evening: 2:30 - Guests congregate in the Fireplace Lounge at the University Club of Victoria 3:30 - Ceremony begins in the Wild Rose Room 4:30 to 5:30 - Cocktails and appetizers in the Fireplace Lounge 5:30 to 11:00 - Reception in the Main Dining Room 11:00 to 12:30 - Shuttle bus to the afterparty available, for those still awake 12:30 to late - Afterparty at our house
