We have reserved a block of rooms at the hotel that is closest to the venue. We also recommend looking into Airbnbs and VRBOs in the Okatie/Bluffton/Hilton Head area. 

Shuttles will be available for pick up beginning at Hampton Inn & Suites or the Oldfield Clubhouse located at 130 Oldfield Way, Okatie, SC 29909. Please see the below pick up schedule. Shuttles will be available throughout the reception to take guests back to both locations. 

4:00 PM Shuttle pick up at Hampton Inn & Suites, departure at 4:10 PM.

4:30 PM Shuttle pick up at Hampton Inn & Suites, departure at 4:40 PM.

4:00 PM - 4:50 PM Shuttle pick up at Oldfield Clubhouse.
