Bus Shuttle

3:00 pm

There will be a shuttle service to and from ceremony/reception from the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Please RSVP your spot on the bus if you plan to use our provided shuttle to the venue. There is plenty of parking at venue if your prefer to drive. ***check the TRAVEL section of the wedding website for hotel block information*** See FAQ for other details.

Wedding Ceremony

Cocktail attire

For a GPS address to get you close (albeit not the exact spot, please refer to road signs for the exact entrance). *This address is technically farther up the road from the ceremony site entrance. If you are coming from Route 20 South and Langhorne Road, the ceremony site entrance will be on your left. Once you turn onto Porters Road, the ceremony site entrance is 0.8 miles on your left. (GPS will have your "location" on the right but the site entrance is on the left hand side of Porters Road). There is a designated parking area. You will be walking a short distance in a field to the ceremony. *If you are camping on site, you can walk a half mile to the wedding ceremony through the farm on a gravel road or drive on the main road. Please do not drive through the farm to the ceremony site.

Wedding Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us to celebrate with drinks, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and dancing! Upon leaving the ceremony site, turn right out of the gate , drive 0.8 miles, then take a right onto James River Road. In 0.5 miles, take a right into Lone Oak Farm. Please drive down the driveway and parking will be through the gates on the left.

Campout

10:00 pm

We are encouraging guest to camp the night of the wedding on the farm at 2610 Lone Oak Farm, Esmont, VA! Tents, vans, campers welcome - there is no power or water. You can start setting up your tents, vans, campers at 2:30 pm on May 10, 2025. There is a designated camping area on the property.
