What is the trolley schedule?

Answer

The trolley will make 4 trips and END at 11pm. Do not attend the After Party if you are not prepared to call an Uber/Lyft/Cab home when you're done partying. 1) Take guests from the Hotel -> Ceremony (4:40pm) 2) Take guests from Reception -> Hotel (9:30pm) 3) Take guests from Reception -> Brief Stop at After Party -> Remaining Guests to Hotel (10:00pm) 4) Take guests from Reception -> Brief Stop at After Party -> Remaining Guests to Hotel (10:30pm) The driver is done at 11pm after they drop the last guests off at the HOTEL.

Question

Will there be transportation from the Renaissance (reserved) Hotel to the Wedding Venue?

Answer

Yes! If staying at the Renaissance Hotel, a free "Trolley" shuttle will be provided to and from the Venue. Trolley leaves promptly at 4:40pm for the CEREMONY. Late guests will have to drive on their own or take a Lyft/Uber.

Will there be transportation from the Venue to the After Party?

Answer

Yes! There will be 2 Trolley Drop-Off times at the After Party. The trolley will be stopping at the Foto Club first, and the Renaissance Hotel after. 10pm - ALL GUESTS MUST DEPART VENUE! Drop-Off to the After Party first; Hotel Next! 10:30pm - This trolley is preferably for the WEDDING PARTY and anyone actively helping to PACK/CLEAN: Drop-Off to the After Party first and Hotel Last! If you miss either, The Foto Club is only 1 mile away, or a 15-20 minute walk.

Yes! There will be 3 Trolley Pick-Up Times from the Venue. 9:30pm - For the sleepy folks! This trolley goes straight to the hotel. 10pm - ALL GUESTS MUST DEPART VENUE! Drop-Off to the After Party first; Hotel Next! 10:30pm - This trolley is preferably for the WEDDING PARTY and anyone actively helping to PACK/CLEAN: Drop-Off to the After Party first and Hotel Last!

Answer

Yes! Luckily our venue has free parking located just a short walk from the building at: 2158 Kinsey Street (Corner of Kinsey and Worth Streets)
