Flight
Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest and most convenient airport to the festivities. It's 10-15 minutes from the venue, and you can easily grab a cab or take the subway into the city. You can also fly into Dulles International Airport (IAD), which is 30-40 minutes away, or Baltimore Washington International (BWI), which is also 30-40 minutes away. If you fly into BWI and don't want to rent a car, you can take Amtrak from the airport into Union Station.
Hotel
As an alternative to the Hotel Monaco, we have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, which is approximately four blocks from the wedding venue. The rate for 11/4 and 11/5 is $200 per night and the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast buffet.
