They are offered at a first come, first serve basis and there is no guarantee for rooms to be added to the block. Deadline for booking with our group code is May 6th! There will be transportation provided to the wedding venue from the Hyatt Place at Uncasville at 3:45 PM, and from the venue back to the hotel at 10:30 PM and 11:00 PM. There is no guarantee for early check-in before their standard 4:00 PM time, but we are hopeful some will be accommodated. We recognize this leaves a small window of time, if at all, for checking in & making a shuttle for guests only reserving rooms for Saturday night. Cars ARE allowed to be kept at the venue overnight if they are picked up by 11:00 AM Sunday, 6/8/25, allowing guests to still utilize the transportation provided on the way back if needing to drive to venue. You will be allowed to check in upon arrival back to hotel after reception. *** There is a complimentary shuttle available that runs to and from Mohegan Sun from 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM *** Please call 1-860-383-1234 with any booking questions/concerns.
