Our venue, Camp Hideaway - Gruene, is located about a 50-minute drive from San Antonio International Airport (SAT) and approximately a 1-hour drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).

Our venue offers campsites for guests who wish to stay on-site. You're welcome to explore the venue's website or reach out to the Venue Manager, Michele Yang (michelle@camphideaway.com), to book your stay. For guests traveling from outside the San Antonio and Austin areas, we would be happy to provide lodging for up to two nights (January 11–12, 2027) at this location.
