You should arrive between 3:30- 3:45. We ask that you please do not arrive any earlier then 3:30pm. The ceremony starts at 4:00 and that will allow you plenty of time to find a seat and be settled.
We are having a buffet, with 2 entree choices, a few sides and a salad. There will also be appetizers during cocktail hour.
All children 10 years and under will be having their own plated meals. (The buffet is for the adults and ages 10 and up) The little kids will be having their own personal pizza, side, applesauce and juice.
Yes! We will be having a fully stocked cash bar. Please enjoy cocktails, beer, wine, soda, energy drinks and even juice for the kids!
Yes! There will be a shuttle for folks staying at the Holiday Inn.
Absolutely!! And we hope you do! When you RSVP please add a song or two you would love to hear and dance too!
If you're anything like the bride you will be in stilettos! If that's not your style, wear your most comfortable dancing shoes! The ceremony will be outside in a beautiful grassy area and the reception will be indoors.
We are not registered anywhere and gifts are not necessary! We truly believe YOUR PRESENCE is the only present we need!
No, there are lots of hotels in the Bangor area, but the Holiday Inn has a shuttle to and from the airport as well as the venue, and has a block of rooms for guests. Both hotels are the closest to the venue (and the best prices!). If you would like more options, please let Sarah know and she can make some recommendations.
Unfortunately, the venue has a strict no outside food or drink policy. But not to worry there will be plenty to eat and drink during the reception!
