Where exactly is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is in the woods on the property of Caboose Farm. Please consider this when choosing what shoes you will wear! To get there, meet at the Event Barn parking lot starting a 4 PM for a wagon ride to the ceremony site.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Hampton Inn Hagerstown. Please see the "travel" tab for more details.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

There will NOT be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside and the reception will take place inside. The ceremony will be in the woods. Please consider this when choosing what shoes you will wear!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We plan on having the ceremony outside. Due to the snowy winter, the ground may be wet. Please consider this when choosing shoes!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or any additional guests?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited. If you receive a plus one or additional guests, their name will be included on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
