What precautions are you taking to protect us from COVID?

Answer

We have a number of safety precautions in place to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. Ceremony and reception seating will be spaced apart as much as possible (help by telling us who’s been on your quaranteam when you RSVP). All food will be served by masked staff members and all beverages will be served in single-use disposable glassware from the bar. An abundance of hand sanitizer will be available and guests are encouraged to use it as much as possible.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception. We are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Shuttles to Frosty Valley will be available from the Pine Barn Inn & Best Western Danville Inn. Specific pick-up times will be listed in the hotel welcome bags. Shuttles will return guests back to the same two hotels at the end of the reception.

Can I take photos and video?

Answer

As we tie the knot, please be our guest. Our photographer will be here to take care of the rest. Please keep our ceremony camera free to allow Jess to work her magic!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Our ceremony will be outdoors on the grass.
