It's Game Time

This story is like any good story it started with tacos, beer and football. Who knew a boy from New York and girl from Oklahoma would end up finding love in Florida. It’s quite simple really it was two people who loved their families and sports. They both worked in the medical field, and in 2020 when Covid hit Allan was a traveler in the Cath lab and was finishing up a contract in Orlando. Allan left for Iowa and they made a long distance relationship work. They were both at a point in their lives where they were longing for someone to listen to them and someone to care for them. Their friendship and love just evolved and developed overtime. Through all the tough times they stayed by each other’s side. They realized that when you find someone who makes you laugh, puts up with your craziness and loves you for who you are then it just makes sense to just enjoy life with that person. They have experienced so much together, Allan especially likes all of Paula’s random stops on their trips like the Jello Museum to the Salt N Pepper Shaker Museum. Also Paula knew that for her survival she needed to find a man that will cook for her. Some of their best memories over the years is you can find them at a beach or they are always looking forward to their annual Labor Day trip which has included places like South Dakota, Niagara Falls, Antigua, and Pensacola. They have also been to New York, Oklahoma, Georgia, Washington DC, Virginia, Texas, Tennessee, Las Vegas, and so many other amazing places. Not to mention going the concerts from Wu-Tang Clan to Chris Jansen. On September 7, 2023 on their annual Labor Day trip they went to Antigua. This is the day Allan decided it was time to lock in Paula the free agent. He proposed on a cliff at Paula’s favorite time of day (sunset). She had no idea as they had just decided to date forever (lol). Allan has been a Notre Dame and a Buffalo Bills fan since he was 12. Paula has been an OU fan since she was 16 and knew that is where she would be going to college. The love of the sport has been a pivotal part of their relationship going to games, enjoying tailgating or even hanging with their friends at watch parties. This is why the wedding could not be any different as it really captures who they are as a couple. Their hearts are full of love for their children, sports traveling and those of you here with them to celebrate this season opening game. So welcome to the event of the season and let’s celebrate one great game, today with the marriage of these two sports loving, and crazy souls. Game On!!!❤️
