Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love kids, the only kids attending will be those in the wedding party. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night, and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire. We would love to see everyone dressed up! With that said please keep in mind White Stone Events is an outdoor venue, it is a late August wedding and could be a bit chilly at night. Keep the weather in mind and have comfortable footwear.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Our Ceremony and Reception are being held at the same venue. We are working on arrangements for those who book with our hotel block, for transportation to and from the venue. More information to follow.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue, and it is free.

What if I have food allergies or preferences?

Answer

Please feel free to indicate any restrictions on your RSVP. We will work with our caterer to do our best in accommodating.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony, if you arrive after the ceremony begins you will be asked to go to cocktail hour, as to not disturb the ceremony.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a photographer to help us capture our special day, with that said please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We would hate for our guests or photographer to have views blocked by phones.
