Travel & Accommodations

The Wedding Website of Reilly Kennedy and Tommy Paternoster
It means the world to us that you’re coming to Montauk to be part of our special day. Here’s how to get there and where to stay! Please note, many of the local hotels do not offer standard room blocks, therefore we listed our recommendations below for you to book directly. We strongly suggest booking as soon as possible. Wedding day transportation will be provided to and from the Lake Club for those staying in town. More to come on exact location & pickup times!

Hotel

Marram

21 Oceanview Terrace
Montauk, NY 11954

Marram is a luxury, boutique beachfront option just a few blocks away from town center. This is Reilly & Tommy's favorite! Prices start around $750.

Hotel

Offshore Montauk

71 South Emerson Avenue
Montauk, NY 11954

Offshore is the most recent addition to the Montauk motel scene. This is a great option if you want to be right in town and a block from the beach. Prices start around $350.

Hotel

Surf Club Montauk

Travel Note

Additional Options

If you'd like to stay at a hotel outside of our designated list, we recommend exploring Daunt's Albatross Motel, Breakers Montauk, or Lenhart's Cottages. Montauk Yacht Club is another fantastic option just a short drive from the Lake Club and town. Montauk also has plenty of house rentals available to book through Airbnb and VRBO! Please note when selecting accommodations that transportation will only be provided to and from Montauk town.

Flight

Nearby Airports (ISP, LGA, or JFK)

The Islip airport is the closest airport (about 1.5 hour drive) but offers limited airlines. For more options, you can fly into LGA or JFK and then drive 2.5 hours. JFK also has access to the LIRR train from Jamaica Train Station. We recommend against Newark to avoid additional traffic.

Train

Long Island Rail Road

If you're coming from New York City, you can take the LIRR from Penn Station or Grand Central and ride straight out to Montauk (about 3–3.5 hours). Once you’re there, call a quick taxi or Uber to wherever you’re staying. Since it’s the offseason, trains only run a few times a day - so definitely check the schedule ahead of time!

Travel Note

Bus

If you're coming from New York City, you can book a ticket on the Hampton Jitney! The ride is about 3.5-4 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Montauk, you can walk to town or call an uber to wherever you are staying for the weekend. P.S. this is Reilly's preferred method of transportation, they always provide snacks and water, plus they take your bags!
