Why did you choose the Brewster Inn?

Answer

We knew we wanted our wedding celebration to focus on quality time together. The Brewster Inn was an easy choice for our reception—it’s where we got engaged on July 20, 2024! We can’t wait to celebrate with our favorite people in a setting that combines beautiful lakefront views, stunning fall foliage, and incredible food.

What should I expect from the reception day?

Answer

We’re excited to host a relaxed and fun reception, complete with brunch favorites, drinks, and desserts. It will be a joyful gathering where everyone can mingle and celebrate the coming together of our families and friends. While the reception will be indoors, if the weather is nice, we encourage you to explore the property and visit the pier where Michael asked Reilly to marry him!

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Dressy Casual: We kindly request guests wear attire such as a nice dress or skirt, or a button-down shirt with dress pants. Please avoid wearing jeans. We also ask that women skip white or cream colored clothing.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Your presence means more to us than any gift! We are so grateful for your company to celebrate our marriage. We have chosen not to have a registry.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through our website or to the phone number listed on the invitation. Please RSVP by August 15th, 2025. If we have not received an RSVP at that time, we will have to mark you as “not attending” for our vendor planning. There will be a section on the RSVP to designate food allergies/restrictions.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one or children?

Answer

Your plus-one will be noted on your invitation and on the RSVP section of our wedding website. We are unable to accommodate children at the reception due to limited venue space. We truly appreciate your understanding!

What are lodging and transportation options?

Answer

We are not reserving a hotel block or providing transportation, so please plan accordingly. Please be aware that the Brewster Inn does not have availability on the night of September 20th, but may have availability on September 21st. There are a variety of other options in Cazenovia, Fayetteville, and Syracuse areas to explore as well!
