Park at the end of Fairway Road This hike is close to town, 2 hours or less, fairly moderate. Proctor Mountain Trail is a 3.5 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Sun Valley, Idaho that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate.
This is a 50 minute drive from town in Stanley, great day trip/all day event if you have an extra day. You can horseback ride, kayak, paddleboard and hike from here. Most of the hikes require that you take a boat shuttle to the other side of the lake.
Visit Sun Valley Ski Resort and hike Baldy (at the base of the River Run Lodge)! If you make it to Roundhouse, stop in for lunch and great views.

Absolute Ketchum classic. Western saloon, amazing steaks. Jim Spud potato is legendary (huge Idaho potato with cheddar, sour cream bacon and meat)! Be prepared for a wait as no reservations are accepted but there are benches to sit on and free chips- well worth the wait.
