What is the specific dress code?

We would like everyone to be dressed in casual cocktail attire for the special day! A guide was created to help you if you needed which is linked below, just copy and paste into your browser. We would like if light blue was avoided since the bridesmaids will be wearing that color. And for men, it is tie optional. A QR code on your invite will be provided that will lead to a Google Form where you can answer if you will be attending or not!

Will there be parking at the Chase?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available if you are staying at Chase! But there is street parking around the hotel if you are not staying over night for free as well.

What should we do between ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will end around 3, and there is a short window before cocktail hour starts at 4pm. We recommend hanging out in the hotel or exploring Walker. The hotel is located near all of the shops and food which is fun to explore. Also, the hotel is located on Leech Lake which we recommend spending some time on!

What food will be served?

Answer

We will be serving Chicken Marsala and 6 oz Sirloin for protein options and Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Green Beans/Pearl Onions for the sides. The chicken and green bean options are gluten free, but if there are any other dietary restrictions please reach out to the bride at 763-292-0736.

Yes, there is a 5% discount and the code is REISMIWED.

Is there a hotel block for Chase on the Lake?

Answer

Chase does not provide blocks, so if you are planning on traveling we recommend booking a room as early as you can!

What is the best way to get from the ceremony to reception?

Answer

Chase on the lake does not provide a shuttle, so you will need to drive to the reception after the ceremony!

Do we have a registry?

Answer

If you would like to contribute a gift, there is a registry tab on our website that has gifts we are interested in. We will not be having a cash fund, it is gifts only!

If I do not reserve a room at Chase on time what should I do?

Answer

If a room at Chase is not reserved in time, no need to stress. There are other hotel options listed under “travel” on our website. But we recommend getting a room if needed asap since it is Walker’s busy season!
