Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Culin-Arts and Rose Gift Company in West Point and online at Walmart and Rose Gift Company.

Question

If the weather is too bad for the outside venue, where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

If inclement weather is forecasted (rain, temperatures below 60 F, etc.), the decision to move the ceremony inside will be made by 12 PM on the day of the event: St. James Episcopal Church Corner of Wythe and First https://stjamesepiscopalpentwater.org/ Parking is on the street around the church. Be sure to have all tires of the vehicle off the street when parking.

Are the ceremony/reception inside or outside?

Answer

If the weather allows, the ceremony is outside, but the reception venue is inside.

Where can I park for the ceremony?

Answer

There are parking spaces on the streets around the Village Green and small public lots next to the chamber of commerce and the marina. Parking is available on side streets as well, but your car must be totally off the road (all wheels on the grass) to avoid a ticket. There is a small lot for Centennial Park as well.

Where can I park for the reception?

Answer

The venue has its own lot that it shares with the library, so there will be parking spots at the location.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal but watch the weather as it may be chilly. The ceremony is planned to be outside on a grassy area that may not be great for stilettos.

Will there be food at the reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be snacks and a dinner provided.
