How are you keeping us safe during Covid?

Answer

We are having hand sanitizer throughout, and we encourage you to bring your own mask. This is an open air winery/Vineyard. There’s plenty of room and acres to roam and still feel connected.

SMF. Sacramento international airport.

How far is the Sacramento international airport from downtown Sacramento?

Answer

It is roughly 15-20 minutes to downtown Sacramento depending on traffic

How far is downtown Sacramento from where the wedding is being held?

Answer

Julietta winery is in Clarksburg. It is roughly 15 to 20 minutes south from downtown Sacramento in wine country.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

Lyft and Uber would be the best options. You are more than welcome to Rent-A-Car, however please be responsible with your celebrating.

Where should I look for hotels?

Answer

If you’re wanting to be near all the action of downtown Sacramento, I would stay in downtown or Midtown. If you want to be closer to the winery, I would suggest Elk Grove.

Why are hotels slightly elevated in price?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are getting married during graduation season. Sacramento has a lot of universities and high schools. I would get my hotel sooner rather than later.

What discount hotel website should I use?

Answer

We prefer Booking.com, Orbitz.com, and hotels.com. They are CHEAPER than the hotel codes we received (hotels were stingy). The sites listed above have the “book now, pay later” option. You wouldn’t pay until you got to Sacramento and checked into the hotel.

How much is a Lyft or Uber from the airport to downtown Sacramento?

Answer

$18-25 depending on the time. Peak times after work will most likely cost more. You can split the date with multiple individuals.

Is this a wedding or reception? Answer: BOTH!

For some reason this is confusing people. A lot of you know our intentions are to have a 12 person—very small and intimate civil ceremony on April 29 at San Francisco City Hall. Saturday, May 2, is when we will do our traditional wedding activities that we couldn’t do at City Hall. Hope this clears up any confusion.

What type of food are we serving? Cake?

World Fare Catering Food Truck. The cake will be from Freeport Bakery which is well known within the Sacramento area for being absolutely spectacular.
