One of, if not the most famous beach on island for sunrise. I know most of you will be up early from the time change so I would be sure to take the opportunity to do a beach walk in the morning to soak up the amazing views and soft sand.
we adore north shore, I spend a lot of time up there shelling and snorkeling in the ocean. If you have the chance to drive up there during your stay we highly recommend. It is also where the infamous pipeline beach is where world renowned surfers take on 30ft+ waves in the winter months.
We have not had the chance to visit this place but it has tons of different tours and a museum full of history on movies like Jurassic park, Jumanji, 50 first dates and TV shows like Lost and Hawaii Five-0 which were filmed there.
a beautiful, also famous, botanical garden right by our home that is definitely worth taking a walk through.
The Byodo-In Temple in Oahu, Hawaii, is a non-denominational, 1/2-scale replica of the historic 950-year-old Byōdō-in in Uji, Japan. Built in 1968 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first Japanese immigrants to Hawaii, it represents peace, unity, and cultural heritage, serving as a popular meditation spot rather than an active worship site.
