Travel Note
To reach Kingston, the most direct route is to drive north through Seattle to Edmonds and take the Edmonds–Kingston Ferry, which will bring you right into Kingston. Alternatively, you may take the Seattle–Bainbridge Ferry and drive across Bainbridge Island to Kingston. Please note that this route can take longer due to increased wait times at the Seattle Ferry Terminal. If you prefer to avoid taking a ferry altogether, drive I‑5 South through Tacoma, then follow WA‑16 West up the Kitsap Peninsula to Kingston.

There are lots of Airbnbs and Vrbos in the area, too. If you’d like to keep drive times short, we recommend staying near Kingston, Poulsbo, or Suquamish.
