Bud & Alley's Waterfront Restaurant & Bar
Bud & Alley’s is a staple of the Seaside community. We recommend grabbing a drink and a bite around sunset here. Please note, they do not take reservations on the patio!
Santa Rosa Beach
Beach access should be included in any Seaside rental. You can bring your own towels and chairs or rent them. Don’t forget the sunscreen and music!
Sundog Books
Sundog Books opened in 1985 and has been a seaside staple ever since. We have bought many beach reads here!
Black Bear Bread Co.
Black Bear is our favorite breakfast spot! It is conveniently located in front of The Court. Stop in here for a coffee and the avocado toast. Just don’t forget a pastry (Reid loves the bear claw and Kaiya loves the key lime croissant)!
Bike Rides
One of our favorite things to do is ride bikes through the Seaside neighborhoods and admire the beautiful homes. Bikes are usually supplied through your rental.
Modica Market
Sarah and Charles Modica opened their quaint gourmet grocery store in 1988. Stop by here for wine, snacks and or cold libations to bring to the beach.
WaterColor Gardens
Take a bike ride or a walk through the beautiful gardens and neighborhoods of Watercolor. We frequently take Olive on walks through this area.
Eden Gardens State Park
Eden Gardens was our runner up for wedding venues due to their beautiful live oak trees that you can hear rustling in the wind and it's peaceful nature. It’s a 10 minute drive from Seaside and heavenly to visit. Bring $4 cash per vehicle and prepare to enjoy a stroll through nature.
The Pearl Hotel
We recommend heading down to Rosemary Beach to check out the shops and galleries. End your shopping excursion at the inatagram worthy Pearl Hotel!
AJ's Grayton Beach
AJs is great for a late night drink and live music. Don't come here expecting craft cocktails, instead we recommend opting for a bucket of beer. Parking is available or you can Uber!
Raw & Juicy
Raw & Juicy is tucked in the beautiful town of Alys Beach. They serve juices, smoothies and organic bites. We recommend taking the drive down here so you can stop for breakfast and then drive/walk through the streets admiring the architecture.
