Welcome to Our Forever

In the early months of 2019, Kaitlin was invited to a game night by a long-time friend from college. This game night just so happened to be at Reid's house, where his adorable and excited dog, Millie, proceeded to urinate on her leg and shoe when she walked through the door. After a lot of laughs and a good cleaning, Kait was properly introduced to Reid. Their paths crossed quite a few times after that, and Reid slyly asked for her number to make sure she got home alright. They had their first date at a Mexican restaurant after she expressed her cravings for a deep-fried chimichanga. When she returned home, she came through the door with a big smile and told her mom that he’s "The One." After a year of dating, Reid and Kait moved in together-- one week before the world shut down from the pandemic. They managed to navigate this new life together with their two dogs Oakley and Millie, as she worked on the Covid unit and started nursing school, and he began working remotely from home. They continued to build a life together as the years passed, full of laughs, memories, love, trips, and a beautiful new house to call home. In the early summer of 2023, Kait and Reid took another vacation together to Toronto, Ontario. Reid took her to High Park for a quick bite to eat and to stroll the grounds. After walking through the gardens and the hedge mazes, they stopped at an overlook by the water. Reid then proceeded to get down on one knee and asked Kait to marry him. Our story has always involved a great time and an adventure, we are truly so excited to celebrate this new chapter with all of you!
