If you are coming from the south, please follow the directions highlighted on the map linked below avoid the southern part Round Lake Road – do not follow Google and Apple Maps as there are unsafe road conditions when you follow Road Lake Road around Round Lake.

Shuttle

Shuttle Transportation

June 7, 2025 3:15 pm - 12:00 am

We will have shuttles from both hotels to bring guests to the venue before the ceremony, along with shuttles back to the hotels at 9:00pm, 10:30pm and 12:00am. Before the ceremony: The first shuttle will depart from Courtyard Appleton Riverfront at 3:30pm to head to Round Lake Farms. The second shuttle will depart Hilton Paper Valley at 3:10pm and pick up any remaining guests at the Courtyard Appleton Riverfront. It will depart from there at 3:25pm to head to Round Lake Farms.
