Under the "Travel" section of the website you will find a few local options including the reception venue site. There will be a room block provided for Wind Creek on an availability basis; however due to limited availability, we ask you to book as soon as possible if you plan to stay onsite.
We love all our little kiddos and, they are welcome to attend the ceremony being held at Notre Dame Bethlehem. However, we are unable to accommodate children at the reception site. It will be an adult-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.
An informal after party will be held at the Wind Creek Resort and Casino where guests are welcome to utilize the casino, lobby bar, & shops, following the closure of the reception.
Dinner options will be available on the same spot where you RSVP roughly 6 months from the big day. This is where you may also let us know of any special dietary restrictions.
Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi-or knee length cocktail dress would be appropriate.
There is free parking available at both the church where the ceremony is being held, and the venue for the reception. Although plenty of space is provided, onsite free parking does not guarantee parking availability. There is also an optional valet service available at Wind Creek. Valet service can assist with overflow as needed.
We’ll be serving hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit down dinner, with a choice of a meal to be provided at a later date.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail hour and reception. However, we recommend bringing cash/credit cards along if you plan to attend the after party, as drinks after the reception are not covered at this time.
Our celebration is RSVP only. Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those listed on the wedding invitations.
