Please be downstairs before the time listed. The venue is less than 10 minutes away- but the area does sometimes have bad traffic. The bus will leave at the time listed below. Similar to Frontier- it won't wait for anyone!! (I am kinda joking but not really...LOL) To Ceremony Holiday Inn- 3:20 PM Springhill Suites- 3:40 PM Return Springhill Suites- 9:15 PM and 9:30 PM Holiday Inn 9:30 PM There is complimentary valet parking at the venue.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We will start on time, so please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before it starts! Transportation times from the hotel will be provided closer to the big day!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire! Suits and dresses.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning on an outdoor ceremony (depending on the weather) but there is a wonderful indoor option as well. Everything else will be inside.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, free vallet parking is available at the venue.
